As part of this Victorian Government initiative, we documented 90 case studies over 24 months. These case studies involved individuals who had previously struggled to find work, but through the initiative, had now found long-term meaningful employment.
We captured many illuminating stories of perseverance and hope, we brought to life the diverse and inspiring backgrounds of a variety of individuals.
What we did
The case studies, spanning various locations in Victoria, demanded meticulous coordination and clear communication. We skilfully navigated the logistics to produce a series of portraits and contextual work photos that authentically narrate each subject’s story. This achievement showcased our technical prowess, adherence to the brief, and our talents in communication, relationship-building, adaptability, and innovative photography.

What we delivered
At each location, we invested two hours, during which the subject demonstrated three to four distinct job roles for us to photograph. Following these sessions, we provided a collection of 20 retouched photos, ideal for various platforms including print, websites, and social media.
